At 3 months old the baby’s movements become smoother and more controlled. She moves her legs and head with pleasure. When on her stomach the baby lifts her head and even tries to turn again on her back. Put bright toys in front of her, and the baby will move to their side.
To strengthen baby’s muscles and boost her physical development, make simple exercises daily. For example, when the baby lies on her back, smoothly turn her right leg to the left. This movement will help the baby to roll over.
In the morning hours you can suggest the baby some exercises on an exercise ball. Put the baby on the ball on her stomach and holding the baby roll the ball slightly forward and back.
For development of hands clap hands with your baby and tell a nursery rhyme «Clap, clap, clap your hands, Clap your hands together...».
