Sensory and musical development of 3-4-year-olds

Singing and music play an important role in our culture and kid’s development. Psychologists found that musical experiences in childhood can actually accelerate brain development, particularly in the areas of language acquisition and reading skills. Learning to play an instrument can improve mathematical and scientific learning and even increase SAT scores. Owing to music the child learns to listen to the sound around, develops ear attention and memory. At the same time musical development of the child is closely related to sensory abilities.
